Sustainable products, sustainable production
As a manufacturer of products that support environmental protection and sustainability, corporate social responsibility plays a central role in our company. Our code of conduct is strictly opposed to corruption and must be signed by every one of our employees. Our basic contracts for suppliers demand compliance with human rights across the entire supply chain. In this respect, we feel committed to important international declarations on human rights, rights at work, environmental protection and the fight against corruption.
Code of conduct for our employees
Centrosolar AG aims to deal with its customers, suppliers and government agencies in a straightforward manner. In this respect, we want to comply with international anti-corruption standards as well as national and local regulations for combating corruption and bribery. Our business decisions and contracts should therefore exclusively be based on logical, performance and quality-based criteria. This aim can only be achieved if we require our employees to adhere to a code of conduct.
Human rights in our supplier contracts
Our basic contracts for suppliers specifically refer to human rights. We require our suppliers to respect human rights and working conditions as defined by theUnited Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights . This applies across the entire supply chain, right down to the subcontractors of our suppliers.

As a sustainable business, we respect and support the protection of international human rights. We guarantee human rights are respected across our entire production and supply chain.
Rights at work
Centrosolar AG recognises the right to freedom of assembly and the right to negotiate collective agreements. We are committed to the elimination of all forms of forced or child labour. Our employees should not suffer discrimination of any kind. We are in favour of the elimination of discrimination against employees and business partners of our suppliers.
Environmental protection
As a manufacturer of environmentally friendly products, we support a preventive approach to environmental protection across the entire production and delivery cycle. We initiate and support activities that embody and create environmental responsibility. We encourage the development and dissemination of environmentally friendly technologies with our product portfolio.
The fight against corruption
We are opposed to all forms of corruption, including extortion and bribery. This principle is embedded in our code of conduct for employees.
